Why most of this work is slow on purpose
A lot of coaching and transformation work is built to be long. Not because the problem requires months — because a longer program is easier to sell, easier to justify at a premium price, and easier to keep you subscribed to. Slow isn’t a feature. It’s a business model.
You don’t need twelve weeks of modules to get to something that could be addressed directly. You need the person doing the work to actually know what they’re aiming at, so it doesn’t require months of circling before it lands.
What direct work actually looks like
This isn’t a curriculum. There’s no drip-fed content designed to keep you engaged for a set number of weeks. It’s concentrated, direct work — aimed at the actual layer causing the plateau, the burnout, the disconnection — done in a container built around your schedule, not around a sales funnel’s ideal program length.
You’re not adding a weekly homework assignment to a calendar that’s already full. You’re doing the work when it actually happens, and it happens because the format was built for someone with your exact time constraints, not despite them.
What “not slow” actually means for you
It means you don’t need to clear your calendar for six months to find out if this works. It means the first real shift can happen in a single session, not a projected outcome twelve weeks out. It means I respect that your time is the one resource you can’t buy back, and I’ve built this so it doesn’t ask for more of it than the work actually requires.
I don’t chase people who aren’t ready for that kind of directness. I don’t convince. I don’t sell. I hold the door open. What you do with it is yours.
