RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Because our mentorships, coaching programs, and retreats are deeply transformational experiences that require significant time, energy, and resources to prepare, all sales are considered final upon purchase.

By enrolling, you are committing to showing up fully for yourself and the process. We honor your investment and dedicate ourselves to providing the highest level of support.

Cancellations & Refunds:

  • Mentorships & Coaching Sessions: Once purchased, no refunds are offered. If you need to reschedule, 48 hours’ notice is required, and your session can be moved to a future date within 60 days (subject to availability).
  • Retreats: Deposits are non-refundable. If you cancel at least 30 days prior to the retreat start date, any balance paid (minus deposit) may be transferred to a future retreat within 12 months. Cancellations made within 30 days of the retreat are non-transferable and non-refundable, unless discussed prior with Audrey.
  • No-Shows: Failure to attend a scheduled session or retreat without notice will result in forfeiture of the payment.

Exceptional Circumstances:
In the rare event that Audrey DeWitt LLC must cancel or reschedule a service or retreat, you will be given the option to receive a full refund or transfer your payment to a future offering.

By purchasing any mentorship, coaching program, or retreat, you acknowledge and agree to this Return & Refund Policy.

Shipping For Mushroom products

At Audrey DeWitt LLC, we take pride in the quality of our mushroom microdose products and want you to feel confident in your purchase.

Because our products are wellness supplements intended for personal use, we follow a strict return and refund policy for safety and regulatory reasons.

1. All Sales Are Final for Opened Products

For health, safety, and quality control purposes, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for products that have been opened, used, or tampered with in any way. However, we can offer credits for future products.

2. Returns for Unopened Products

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return unopened and unused products in their original, sealed packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund 

To qualify:

  • Products must be sealed, unused, and in original condition.
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at DewittAudrey@gmail.com with photos of the issue. We will send a replacement, provide a discount code for future purchases, or issue a full reimbursement.

4. How to Initiate a Return

To start the return process:

  1. Email us at DewittAudrey@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).

  3. We will provide you with return instructions and a return shipping address.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within 7–10 business days.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

All of our packages are tracked, in the case that your package is lost or stolen we will offer you a credit for your next package.

Audrey DeWitt LLC reserves the right to refuse a return if the product does not meet the above conditions.

We do our best to get our orders out immediately within the 24-hour period once the order has been placed, so within 3-5 days.

Your products will arrive in a USPS priority mail carrier shipping box.

There are no additional additives in these products; they are pure golden teacher mushrooms.

No, our products are not FDA approved. They have not been through loads of testing because the time period in which it takes to test these kinds of mushrooms will kill the active ingredients, and in return, you will get an FDA-approved product but a dead capsule. 

We use vegan, gluten-free capsules

Please send us a photo of the product in which you received, if the product has been unopened or tampered with, we will send you a shipping label to return the product and ship out the correct product immediately.

Send us a picture, and we will either offer you a discount code for future products, or replace the product.

We are able to make adjustments within the 24 hour window before we ship out your product after that the order has been shipped and unfortunately there is nothing we can do other than offer you a discount code for future products

We do our best on our side to ship in discrete packages, so you do yours. If we are shipping to an illegal state, we will wrap this package in love and send it on its way, trusting that spirit has our back and it will be received by the right hand. We believe that these products are healing the world, healing the minds of humanity, and spirit, source/creator is guiding our way…. so on we will go.

The mushrooms are golden teachers, grown sacredly by medicine facilitators based in California. We take pride in the fact only 2 poeple have ever touched these mushrooms, meaning that the energy of purity is still with them. May they heal you in the same way they have helped us heal.
