By purchasing, booking, or participating in our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use our Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or participate in our Services.

2. Services

We offer mentorship, private and group coaching, retreats, ceremony, and related work as described on this site. This work is transformational by design, but results depend entirely on your own participation, commitment, and circumstances — nothing here is a guarantee. Our Services are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or legal advice. Always consult a qualified professional regarding your health and well-being.

3. Payment Terms

  • All prices are listed in USD and subject to change without notice.
  • Payment is due in full at the time of booking, unless otherwise stated.
  • Payments are processed securely via Stripe. We don’t store full payment details unless you opt in — that’s your choice, always.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Because this work requires real preparation and holds limited space:

  • Mentorship, coaching, and retreats are non-refundable once purchased, unless otherwise stated in your agreement.
  • If you know in advance that you won’t be able to make a scheduled session, tell us as soon as possible. At our discretion, we may offer a credit, a partial adjustment, or a reschedule — advance notice is what makes that possible, though it is never guaranteed.
  • Missed sessions without prior notice are forfeited.

5. Intellectual Property

Everything shared through our Services — written materials, recordings, course content, and branding — belongs to Audrey DeWitt LLC and is protected by copyright law. Nothing here may be copied, distributed, reproduced, or shared without written permission.

6. Assumption of Risk & Waiver of Liability

By participating in our Services, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You hold full responsibility for your own well-being and decisions during and after our Services.
  • You release Audrey DeWitt LLC and its representatives from liability related to injuries, losses, or damages arising from participation.
  • Retreats, coaching, and mentorship may involve emotional, mental, and physical experiences — participation is voluntary and at your own risk.

7. Health & Safety

You’re responsible for disclosing any relevant medical or psychological conditions before participating. We reserve the right to decline or discontinue Services if we determine it isn’t in your best interest to continue.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Audrey DeWitt LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in our Services or use of this website.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Georgia and California, United States.
