We provide mentorship, private and group coaching, retreats, and related offerings as described on our website. While we are committed to providing high-quality, transformative experiences, results may vary and are dependent on your personal participation, commitment, and circumstances. Our Services are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or legal advice. Always consult with a qualified professional regarding your health and well-being.

3. Payment Terms

• All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.
• Payment must be made in full at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.
• Payments are processed securely via Stripe. We do not store full payment details unless you opt in; that is your choice.

4. Cancellations & Refunds
Because our Services require advanced preparation and limited spaces:

• Mentorships, coaching, and retreats are non-refundable once purchased unless otherwise stated in your agreement.
• Emergencies happen, and we understand that please give us as much notice as possible when you are made aware that you will not be able to make the coaching call, retreat, or mentorship call, and we will do our best to either give you a credit, a percentage, or reschedule the call if our schedule allows.
• If you cannot attend a scheduled session or retreat, we may, at our discretion, offer a credit toward future services.
• Missed sessions without prior notice are forfeited.

5. Intellectual Property
All content provided through our Services — including written materials, recordings, course content, and branding — is the intellectual property of Audrey DeWitt LLC and is protected by copyright law. You may not copy, distribute, reproduce, or share our content without written permission.

6. Assumption of Risk & Waiver of Liability
By participating in our Services, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You assume all responsibility for your own well-being and decisions during and after our Services.
• You release Audrey DeWitt LLC and its representatives from any liability related to injuries, losses, or damages arising from participation.
• Retreats, coaching, and mentorships may involve emotional, mental, and physical activities — participation is voluntary and at your own risk.

You are responsible for disclosing any relevant medical or psychological conditions before participating. We reserve the right to decline or discontinue Services if we determine it is not in your best interest to participate.
