The real work
You’ve sat through the pitch before. Someone tells you to trust the process. Feel into it. Let go of the need to understand.
You don’t work that way. You never have. You built what you built by asking why until the answer held weight — and you’re not about to suspend that instinct because the subject changed from a term sheet to your nervous system.
So let’s skip the vibes and talk mechanism.
What’s actually happening?
You’ve spent years operating from one mode: outer-game execution. Strategy, scale, decisions, performance. It’s the mode that built the empire, and it’s the only mode most high achievers ever fully develop.
The problem isn’t that mode. The problem is it’s the only mode running. There’s no counterweight — no practiced access to the part of you that isn’t calculating, performing, or managing outcomes. That part doesn’t disappear. It just goes unused long enough that you lose the thread to it entirely.
Plant medicine ceremony, done with real preparation and real guidance, does one specific thing: it interrupts the executive-function loop long enough for that other mode to surface on its own. Not because you believed hard enough. Because the mechanism that keeps you locked in performance — the one running twenty-four hours a day, even in your sleep — finally goes quiet.
That’s not a metaphor. That’s the entire function of the work.
Why this isn’t therapy and isn’t a program.
Therapy is built to process what happened. Programs are built to install a new framework on top of the old wiring. Both assume the wiring itself is fine and just needs better inputs.
This works differently. It doesn’t add a framework. It goes underneath the wiring that’s been running the show and lets you feel — directly, not conceptually — the difference between performing steady and actually being steady. You cannot think your way into that distinction. You can only feel it once. After that, you know it every time you’re back in it.
That’s the mechanism. One direct experience of the state you’ve been simulating for years, so your system finally has a reference point for the real thing.
What this isn’t.
This isn’t an escape. It isn’t a weekend of feeling good and going back to the same wiring on Monday. It’s probably the hardest thing you do this year — and it’s the thing that actually changes the baseline, instead of managing the symptoms of a baseline that’s already cracking.
I don’t chase people who aren’t ready for that. I don’t convince. I don’t sell. I hold the door open. What you do with it is yours.
If you’re ready to stop performing your life and start living it — apply. Not to be talked into anything. To be met by someone who isn’t afraid of who you actually are.
